Operation steps for installing molds on pneumatic punching machines

Pneumatic punching machine is an efficient and precise metal processing equipment widely used in the stamping process of various metal sheets.The operation steps for installing the mold usually include the following steps:
1.Power on and move the slider:First,you need to open the pneumatic punching machine and move the slider from the top dead center position to the bottom dead center position to prepare for the subsequent installation of the mold.

2.Place the mold and align it:Next,place the closed mouth mold on the workbench,ensuring that the mold handle is aligned with the punch fixing connection hole.This step is crucial as it affects the smooth operation of the subsequent mold.

3.Adjust and fix the mold:After starting up and running,slowly lower the slider with both hands and adjust the mold handle to align it accurately with the connecting hole.If the bottom dead center of the pneumatic punching machine cannot coincide with the mold,it is necessary to adjust the punch stroke.This usually includes steps such as shutting down,unscrewing the locking sleeve nut,inserting the climbing nut fixing pin,inserting the climbing rod for adjustment,etc.,until the punch coincides with the mold,then pulling out the fixing pin and locking the locking sleeve nut clockwise.
4.Power on reset and mold separation:After the mold installation is completed,restart the machine and press the reset button.Afterwards,perform a inching operation to separate the mold,ensuring that the mold is installed correctly and can run smoothly.
5.Check and run:After the mold is separated,perform 2-3 upper and lower mold biting operations to check if the upper and lower molds bite well.If the bite is good,run the single action operation with both hands for 1-2 strokes.After confirming that there are no problems with the operation,you can switch to the foot pedal state and start working normally.
