Operating procedures:
The socket of the fuselage and electric control box should not be connected to too large a load, within 300W, otherwise it will damage the internal components of the machine.
Before work, check whether the moving part of the punch is filled with lubricating oil, and then start the punch and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine empty for 1 to 3 minutes, and the machine is prohibited to operate when there is a fault.
When replacing the mold, the power supply is turned off first, and the installation and debugging of the mold can begin only after the operation of the press movement department is completed.
After the installation and adjustment is completed, move the flywheel by hand to test twice and make sure that it is correct before starting the press.
It is necessary to wait for the other personnel to leave the press working area and take away the debris on the work table before starting the power supply to start the press.
After the press is started, one person shall carry the material and operate the press. Others shall not press the electric structure or step on the foot switch plate, nor shall they put their hands into the press working area or touch the moving part of the press with their hands.
When the press is working, it is forbidden to reach into the slider working area, and it is forbidden to take and release the work parts by hand. Standard tools must be used when taking and releasing parts in the die.
If the press is found to have abnormal sound or mechanical failure, the power switch should be turned off quickly for inspection.
Maintenance points:
Always keep the center column and slide guide column clean, and keep the mold bottom plate free of dirt when the mold is set up to ensure that the platform is clean and avoid scratches.
When the new machine is used for 1 month, butter is added to the flywheel and the feeder. If there is no refueling for a long time, it will lead to internal wear of the flywheel, affecting the performance of the machine tool, and it is also necessary to add each maintenance in the future.
The new machine will replace the circulating oil (32# mechanical oil or Mobil 1405#) once a month, and then replace it once every six months to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine tool.
